CycleBox is a self-tracking tool. Its cycle predictions are based on simple statistics (Knaus-Ogino) and your own log entries. CycleBox is not a medical device, not a contraceptive method, and does not provide medical, diagnostic, or fertility advice. For health decisions, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
CycleBox is licensed, not sold. You receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use.
CycleBox Pro is sold as a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase. Apple processes the transaction under Apple's terms. Refunds are handled by Apple — visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
You agree not to reverse-engineer, modify, or attempt to circumvent the app's in-app purchase system. You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose.
The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.
We may suspend or terminate your right to use the app if you breach these terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and Lumenly agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales for any dispute.
